Need help with TurnSigil? Email soulsign.me@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device (iPhone or iPad model), the steps you took and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please do not send passwords, card details or unrelated personal information, and attach a backup file only if we ask for it.

Casting and Undo

On Play, choose Cast on a prepared spell card, pick a slot and review what will change. Confirming spends the slot and updates concentration together. The banner that follows has an Undo button, and History keeps the latest action undoable after the banner is gone. Undo reverses the whole action. There is no Redo, and only the latest action can be undone.

Backup and restore

Open the Character tab, then Backup and restore.

• Export backup to Files writes one file with your characters, history and custom spells. You choose where to save it.
• Restore backup from Files opens a backup file and shows what it contains. Restoring replaces all current characters; it does not merge two backups. The app can save a recovery copy of your current data before it replaces anything. Restoring does not change your purchase status.

Backup files can contain character names and custom spell text, so share them only with people and services you trust. Backup and restore are included in Free.

Restore purchases

If you bought TurnSigil Pro and it is not showing on a device, open the Character tab, choose TurnSigil Pro, and then Restore purchases. Use a device signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. This restores access to Pro, not your characters. To move characters to another device, restore a backup file separately.

Apple handles refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to check whether a purchase is eligible and to submit a request.

What Free and Pro include

• Free: the whole play core for one real character. That means Cast, Undo, History, short and long rests, hit points, concentration, slot pools, counters, sheet totals and table overrides, custom spells, backup and restore, and all 339 spells. Liora, the demo character, does not use up your free character.
• Pro: a one-time purchase that adds more than one character, calculators for ability modifiers, saving throws and skills, and armor and shield calculators with a preview. Without Pro you can still type in any total from your sheet.

If Pro access ends, your saved numbers, overrides, history and backups stay available. The App Store shows the price.

What TurnSigil does not do

TurnSigil tracks resources. It does not roll dice, track conditions, apply spell effects, build characters, fill in slots from class and level, or handle multiclass rules. It shows spell text from the SRD as written and does not decide the outcome of a spell for you.
