5E Spell Cards, Slots & Undo
Cast. See the change. Undo.
TurnSigil is a spell sheet for 5E players who already have a character and are at the table. It runs on iPhone and iPad. Pick a prepared spell, choose a slot and cast: the slot you spent and your concentration change in one action, and the app shows what moved. If you pressed the wrong slot, Undo reverses the whole action.
What it does
- Cast: prepared spells as cards. Choose a slot, see the before and after, then confirm. Rituals and long casts are supported.
- Undo: brings back everything the latest action changed. There is no Redo, and only the latest action can be undone, so a newer change is never overwritten.
- Hit points, rests and counters: damage, healing, temporary HP, concentration saves, short and long rests, and counters you define.
- Your numbers beside the app's: enter totals from your sheet. When your table uses a different number, keep it as an override with a reason. TurnSigil shows both.
- 339 spells from the SRD 5.2.1, searchable and filterable, plus custom spells you write yourself.
- History and backup: every change is listed with its before and after. Export a backup to Files and restore it later.
What it does not do
TurnSigil tracks resources. It does not roll dice, track conditions, apply spell effects for you, build characters, fill in slots from class and level, or handle multiclass rules. You apply outcomes at the table.
Free and Pro
Free includes the whole play core for one real character, plus Liora, a demo character you can try first. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that adds more than one character, calculators for ability modifiers, saves and skills, and armor and shield calculators with a preview. Without Pro you can still type in any total from your sheet.

No account, no ads, no tracking. TurnSigil works offline, and your characters, custom spells and names stay on your device. App Store purchases go through Apple.
